About us
The Centre of Self-Access Learning and Materials Development provides students with the necessary facilities to become familiar with and use ICT for their academic studies and functions as a supportive environment for autonomous learning. Students are guided to:
- carry out self-directed work and personalised study for courses in our curriculum
- develop self-study techniques and self-access skills
- conduct research and complete projects and assignments.
The Centre also
- encourages research into self-directed learning and learner autonomy
- offers ICT seminars
- collaborates with other Centres and research labs with similar aims.
